Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the blucky platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
By accessing or using the blucky platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and blucky. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under the minimum age will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each person may hold only one registered account on the blucky platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify blucky support immediately. blucky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances.

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is completed. All transactions on the blucky platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya, and participating local bank transfer services. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used and network conditions. blucky does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. You may only withdraw funds that represent your own deposited balance and any legitimately earned winnings — funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. blucky aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the FAQ, though delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or exploitation of system errors will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
You agree to use the blucky platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited: using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner; attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors; using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime; impersonating another person or providing false information during registration or verification; and attempting to access, modify, or interfere with any part of the platform's underlying systems or data. blucky reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these conduct rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where warranted.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
